Hello and thanks for visiting. I am Becca and I live in Edinburgh though I grew up just outside in a village by the sea. This has bred deep within me an unwavering love of the sea; I get a strange sense of claustrophobia when I'm too far from its wild waters. I also love peanut butter, great old oak trees, g-plan furniture, the smell of wood wax, old books, hats and cake (fondant fancies in particular).By day I am a furniture designer and restorer and initially set this blog up to show my work and to document work in progress. It sometimes deviates though as I share my inspirations and interior fancies!
